What are the differences between the Starter, Scale, and Enterprise plans?

The key differences lie in the scale of service and additional features. The Starter plan is ideal for individuals or small companies, offering basic text and image analysis for limited projects. The Enterprise plan is our most comprehensive, suitable for demanding businesses, featuring unlimited organisations, projects, users, and priority support.

Can I change my plan after signing up?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Our flexible subscription model allows you to switch plans based on your evolving business needs. The changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle.

Do you offer any free trials or money-back guarantees?

We currently do not offer a free trial, but we do have a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 7 days of your subscription, you can cancel and receive a full refund as long as you have not exceeded 1000 units.

Are there any hidden fees or additional charges?

No, there are no hidden fees. The prices listed for each plan are all-inclusive. The monthly or anually subscription allows us to scale necessary infrastructure and team to respond to customers demand, whilst price per unit scales down with every higher tier.

How are monthly and annual billing different?

With monthly billing, you pay a set amount each month. Annual billing offers a discounted rate as you're committing to a full year of service. Choosing annual billing can save you a significant amount over the monthly option.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, and Discover.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, your security is our priority. We don't store any details of your payments and offload the whole process to the Stripe.com which are respected and secure online payment processor. No payment details like card number or expiration date ever reaches the discuse servers, we just receive notification about transaction being successful or not.

Can I get a discount for non-profit organizations?

We offer special pricing for non-profit organizations. Please contact our sales team for more information and to see if your organization qualifies for a discount.

What happens if I exceed my plan's limits?

You will be happy to hear that except of limit on number of organisations, projects or users assigned to the organisations there's no limits. You can use as many text or image units as you need and you will be charged for the all the units at the same rate as your plan. You can also upgrade your plan to decrease the cost of per-unit check if you find it suitable.

Do you provide customer support for all plans?

Yes, we provide 24/7 customer support for all our plans. However, the Enterprise plan includes priority support, ensuring even faster response times and dedicated assistance.
